Scientific Conflict Resolution

Thesis: Qur'anic Critical Discourse Analysis

Hayat Faqeer (2016)

‘We sometimes find people arguing about translation problems and reaching nothing but constant disagreement. In such cases, the ideas are probably within quite different paradigms; with different points of departure … Each side thus continues the discussion without appreciating the other side’s perspective. The paradigms have been in conflict. The outcome may be continued tension (debate without resolution), revolution (one paradigm wins out over the other), or more commonly silence (people choose to travel along separate paths)’ (Pym, 2010: 3).
‘In comparative literature there is reconciliation and harmony between literatures despite the existence of powerful ideological and national barriers. The collective cooperation is what one misses in the proclaimers of an undying clash between cultures’ (Said, 1998). The inherent nature of the unity between sciences or multi-disciplinary approach necessarily results in unity between various mindsets. A different point of departure within a different thought paradigm might be questionable if it counters scientific facts and logicality. Unnecessary burden that the different paradigms place on the world of facts might be assumed to be unscientific and thereof logically placed within the category of superstitions as Victorian science that was once believed to be science, but was later outdated with the advent of scientific enlightenment.

‘Are there agreed upon statements in ethics similar to objective truth? If there are, they can be made the basis both for rules of private conduct, and for a theory of politics’ (Russell, 2013: 104). ‘Plato is convinced that there is ‘the Good’, and that its nature can be ascertained; when people disagree about it, one, at least, is making an intellectual error’ (ibid.).

The research has aimed to transcend conflict among paradigms within the broad category of religion. It has been beyond interpretations and translations; it has relatively introduced a new rational paradigm that has been silenced by mainstream discipline, and adds to existing paradigms more of extra historical-context approach. It has raised questions on transcendence to have a new ethical paradigm. It includes a new narrative of that which preceded the existing one stated within the Biblical and the Qur’anic context. ‘In fact, the notion [of creation] is one of a parallelism in the celestial and terrestrial evolutions’ (Bucaille, 1995).

Medical Treatment

BICOM 2000 Device

A toxin, for example, entering the body, has disturbed frequency patterns which interfere with the body’s own regulatory powers and in turn impair the body’s functions. Using the bicom device, frequency patterns, which cause illness, can be transformed into therapeutically effective frequency patterns. link

Perspective

Questions to be raised include 'How can modern science help humans on earth while having in mind research funding and extensive use of natural resources?  Should we be skeptical about the ethics of scientific research? How does modern science differ from Plato's time space exploration? How much achievement have we achieved since that time? What are the achievements? How can we improve the direct link between science and sociology?

Should we conduct more research the potentiality of the application of numerology to make tangible transformation on all various realms? The assumption is that there is an urge to implement a different approach to solve recurrent issues that have been present for quite a long time with only promises to reduce the repercussions. The implication is that the current methodology necessarily include fatal errors whether scientifically or ethically.  What the should-be-implemented alternatives to those that proved to be time-consuming and a joke?

Should we raise public awareness to demand funding to be spent on appropriate research specifically within medicine? Chemo-therapy is still extensively used in cancer therapy despite recent research on a scientifically-proven better immune-treatment. What is the legal procedures for the crime of risking people life as a result of not updating research by individuals whose credentials raise ethical concerns?

Should we establish or collaborate with already existing institutions with an ethical paradigm that proved to be a successful example to  conduct new procedures which include: interrogate the credibility of the academic/professional credentials, implement just legal action,  precaution measures [e.g. peer-review research thesis and research funding]. Should we tolerate recurrent ill-academic conduct: harassment, attitude, outdated content, subtle crimes [occult, femicide], etc.? Should independent institutions be trusted for being inherently ethical? How should victims of abuse within such institutions prove their case other than speaking to individuals within the very same institutions? How can they claim compensation?
